to be an oracle forms developer you should pass the folowing exams:
I.Exam 1z0-051 : Oracle Database 11g:Sql Fundamentals I
II.Exam 1z0-144 : Oracle Database 11g: Program with PL/SQL
After passing these two exams you will be an Oracle pl/sql Developer Certified Associate ( OCA )
III.Exame 1z0-141:Oracle Forms :Bulid Internet Applications
after taking OCA and passing in the 1z0-141 exam you will become Oracle Forms
Developer Certified Professional (OCP)
